This is one of my favorite Delirious songs.  In all honesty, I love most if not all of their songs.  The significance of this one is that it is true that when we pray the dead can rise, the blind can see.  It is happening in the world today.  God only seems limited because of the limits we place on Him, not because He actually is limited.  It is true today!!  Be a history maker!
